BW Housing can not only find the most suitable apartments or  houses  for your employees but we can take over the  administrative burden as well. For this administrative and management support we will charge a fixed monthly fee per object.  We implement a charge over the contracted rental fees (with proper specification) through one monthly invoice so that you have complete insight, but not the hassle. We will distribute the rental fees to the subsequent landlords and utility companies and remain the contact person for the tenants and house owners in case of any problems or questions that may arise.
